• Card not accepted.
• Enter another card.
• Successful liability shift for enrolled card is required.
• Transaction could not be processed at this time.
Then tips may not work due to one of the following reasons:
• Incorrectly entered credit card details by the user.
• Insufficient funds in the account.
• Incorrect address, zip code, or postal code details entered by the user.
• Reaching the daily limit set on your account by Hidden. Please try again the next day, as limits reset daily.
• Daily internet transaction limits set by your bank or credit card provider.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer additional information if your banking institution is preventing your purchases. Contact your card issuer for clarification.
If a proxy or VPN was used to access Hidden, your bank may have an IP verification system restricting purchases.
Please contact your bank to investigate why your card was declined.
