Hidden will attempt to retry your transaction up to 3 times.
Possible reasons for failed transactions may include:
• Incorrect entry of credit card details
• Insufficient funds in your account
• Incorrectly entered address, zip code, or postal code
• Reaching the daily limit set on your Hidden account (limits reset daily; please try again tomorrow)
• Daily internet transaction limits set by your bank or credit card provider. Unfortunately, we cannot provide additional information if your bank is blocking your purchases. Kindly contact your card issuer for clarification.
If you’ve used a proxy or VPN to access Hidden, your bank may have an IP verification system that could block your purchases. In this case, please contact your bank to investigate why your card is being declined.
If none of the above reasons apply, or you believe they are not the cause, consider removing and re-adding your card to your Hidden account.
