How to find a Creator's profile

There are three ways to reach a creator's profile. Which one works depends on how much of their username you know.
1Go straight to their profile
If you know the exact username, the fastest route is the address bar:
hidden.com/username
Replace username with their handle, without the @ symbol.
2Search
Use the search bar at the top of the site. Search works on usernames, so a partial handle will usually still find the right account.
Bear in mind that a creator's display name and their username can be different, and that handles are not the same across platforms. A name you know from somewhere else may not be their handle here.
3Check your own lists
If you have followed or subscribed to them before, they will be in your profile:
| Following Every account you follow, paid or not. |
| Active Subscriptions Every creator you currently pay for. |
If you cannot find them
A profile that has disappeared usually has one of these behind it:
| They changed their username. The old handle stops working straight away. If you subscribe to them, they will still be in your Active Subscriptions under the new name. |
| They have deactivated or deleted the account. Creators can leave at any time, and we cannot pass on messages or contact details. |
| They have blocked you. A blocked account is not visible to you, and that is the creator's decision to make. |
If you are still being charged for a subscription to a creator you cannot find, email bill@hidden.com with the date and amount, and we will sort it out.
Common questions
+Can you tell me a creator's username?
No. We do not confirm whether a particular person has an account, or connect a Hidden profile to a name from anywhere else.
+I found the account but cannot see their posts.
Most creators keep the majority of their content behind a subscription. Following an account is free and shows you their public posts only.
+Can I ask a creator to unblock me?
Not through us, and we will not pass on a message. Making new accounts to reach someone who has blocked you will get your account closed.
