My account is approved but I can't request a payout

If your account is approved but you can’t request a payout, it’s usually because some of your banking information doesn’t match.

What to do

Go to the Banking section and re-enter your bank account details, making sure everything is correct and matches your account information. This usually clears the issue so you can request your payout.
