My payment has been processed. Where is it?

Typically, funds appear in your bank account in 3-5 business days.


In some cases, it may take up to 10 business days.


Please note that the payment may appear on your statement under one of the following names, depending on your location: "Gaia Digital," "Dion Digital Consulting," "Stichting Custodian," or a similar variation.


If more than 10 days have passed since your payment was listed as 'Done,' please email us at support@hidden.com.


In your email, please include:

  • A downloaded copy of your bank statement showing your bank details and evidence that you have not received your payment.
  • Your payout request reference number.

The payment reference number can be found in the Statements > Payout Requests tab of your account. 


The payout request tab is the second option next to the "Earnings" tab in your account, under the Statements section.


We will investigate the payment further.
