My payment has been processed. Where is it?

Your payout is on its way! Here’s how long it usually takes and what to do if it hasn’t arrived.

How long it takes

Funds typically appear in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days, though it can occasionally take up to 10 business days.

The payment may show up on your statement under a name like Gaia Digital, Dion Digital Consulting, Stichting Custodian, or a similar variation, depending on your location.

If it’s been more than 10 days

If your payment has been marked Done for more than 10 days and still hasn’t arrived, email us at support@hidden.com with:

• A downloaded copy of your bank statement showing your bank details and that the payment hasn’t been received.
• Your payout request reference number.

You’ll find your reference number under Statements, in the Payout Requests tab (the second option next to the Earnings tab). We’ll look into it for you.
