My Payout Request Was Rejected

Error Message: Payout Processing Issue


If you receive the following error message:

"We have been unable to process your payout due to the following reason: Please contact support with an up-to-date ID so we can process your payment."


Please note that your payout request will not be processed until you submit a new ID that is verified and approved.


Possible Reasons for the Error:

  • Please ensure that your bank account information is accurate and up-to-date. Consider re-entering your bank details in the banking section.
  • If your account is awaiting additional verification, this may delay or reject the payment.
  • The documents previously submitted do not meet the requirements to complete your payout request.

Important Requirements for Uploaded Images:

  1. Images must not be edited, cropped, or resized.
  2. All images must be in color.
  3. Submitted documents must be a photo or a scanned copy; electronic documents or photos of photos will be rejected.
  4. All four corners of the document must be visible.
  5. The entire government-issued, non-expired ID must be shown; no parts of the document may be redacted, covered, cut, or censored.

Files must be in .PNG or .JPG format and under 7MB in size.
