To request a payout cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team at support@hidden.com


In your ticket, include the date and time of the payout request, the invoice number, and the amount. 


This information can be found in the Statements section of your profile. 


While we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation, we will make every effort to process your request.
