How to block a Creator
Last updated 7 August 2026
Blocking a creator hides their account from you and stops them contacting you. If you subscribe to them, read the warning below before you do it.
Block a creator
| 1 | Open their profile |
| 2 | Tap the three-dot menu Top right of the profile. |
| 3 | Select Block |
If you subscribe to them, you lose that access immediately.
Blocking ends your access to their content straight away, and the rest of the period you have paid for is not refunded. If you want to stop paying rather than stop seeing them, cancel the subscription first, then block once it has run out.
Unblock a creator
| 1 | Go back to their profile |
| 2 | Tap the three-dot menu |
| 3 | Select Unblock Unblocking does not restore a subscription that ended when you blocked them. You would need to subscribe again. |
Blocking is not reporting
Blocking is a private setting. It stops you seeing someone and stops them contacting you, and it does not tell us anything.
If someone has done something that breaks our rules, report them as well. Blocking alone means we never find out. See Report an account or post.
Common questions
+Will they know I blocked them?
We do not send them a notification. They may work it out if they try to reach you.
+Does blocking stop my subscription renewing?
Cancel the subscription separately rather than relying on the block to stop it. Check Account, then Active Subscriptions, to be sure.
+A creator has blocked me. Can you undo it?
No. Creators choose who they allow, and we do not overrule that or pass on messages. If you were subscribed when it happened, contact support about the payment.
