Inbox Guide

Last updated 14 August 2026

Messaging is where most creator earnings come from. You can talk to fans one to one, sell locked media, broadcast to many at once, and see what each send earned.

Every conversation is one to one. A mass message is not a group chat, it fans out into each person's private conversation and behaves like any other message from then on.

Sending a message

The composer is the same whether you are messaging one person or many.

1.  Add media From your device or your Vault. Anything from your device is saved to your Vault automatically. The left-most file is your cover.
2.  Set a price, if you want one Attach a price to the whole bundle.
3.  Choose your preview Adding a price reveals a first media free preview toggle, off by default. Off locks the cover with everything else. On makes the cover a free teaser.
4.  Write it Caption, emojis, mentions of other creators, or load a saved script from your Message Library.
5.  Send or schedule

Your inbox

One row per fan, showing their name or your nickname for them, their total lifetime spend with you, and whether they are a subscriber.

Swipe a row to mark it read or unread. Search by name, handle, or text inside messages. Select mode lets you mark several read or delete them, which only clears your own inbox and never touches a fan's purchases or your records.

Sorting options are newest first, oldest first, highest spender all time, and highest spender in the last thirty days. The last two are the useful ones when you have limited time.

Lists

Named groups of fans, used to filter your inbox and target mass messages. Three exist by default: All, Subscribers, and Followers only.

Make your own, rename them, and pin the ones you use to the top of your inbox. Tap the star on a conversation to add someone to one or several lists at once.

Mass messages

Choose who it reaches: everyone, subscribers only, or followers only. Then three tabs let you refine it. Send to picks the lists to include, Exclude removes lists, and Users shows the final set of recipients.

Compose it exactly like a normal message. Media, price, preview, mentions, and scheduling all work the same way.

Unsend on a mass message pulls it from everyone.

Including fans who have already received it. Worth being certain before you use it.

Message statistics

Every mass message reports its date, attachment, price, and how many were sent, viewed, and purchased.

Tap the purchased count to see exactly who bought. From there you can add every buyer to a list, message the group, or open any one conversation. That is the most directly useful thing in the whole messaging section, since a list of people who bought your last offer is the best audience for your next one.

Welcome messages

Set one in Settings, then Chats, and it sends automatically the moment someone subscribes or follows you.

Each fan gets it once. Re-subscribing, re-following, or editing the message later will not send it again.

Scheduling and editing

Scheduled messages live in your calendar. The three dot menu gives you Edit Message, which reopens it fully pre-filled, Send Now, or Delete. Deleting a scheduled mass message cancels the whole broadcast, and your media stays in your Vault either way.

Mute, restrict, and block

MuteYou stop getting notifications from them. Messaging still works both ways.
RestrictThey cannot message you, but keep full access to your profile and content. Reversible.
BlockThey cannot message you, see your profile, or find you in search.

Restrict is the middle option most people do not know about. It stops the messages without ending a paying subscription.

None of these tells us anything. If someone has broken a rule, report them as well.

Common questions

+Who do All, Subscribers, and Followers only reach?

All is subscribers plus followers. Subscribers is people currently subscribed. Followers only is people who follow but do not pay. Someone who cancels stays a follower, so you can still reach them.

+If I unsend, does the fan lose what they bought?

No. Purchased media stays in their library permanently. Unsending, and deleting a conversation, only change your own view.

+When does a welcome message send?

The moment someone subscribes or follows you, once per person.

+Are my messages moderated?

Yes. Direct messages fall under the same guidelines as posts.

+Can I edit a scheduled message?

Yes, from the three dot menu in your calendar. Only the parts you change are re-checked.
