If you sent a tip or paid for content but the Creator hasn’t delivered what you expected, here’s what you can do.

Reach out to the Creator first

The best first step is to message the Creator directly. Hidden is a social platform, and Creators manage their own content, so they’re best placed to sort this out with you.

About refunds
