All payments on Hidden need to stay on the platform. Here’s why third-party payment systems aren’t allowed.
The rule
Using third-party payment systems outside of Hidden is strictly prohibited. This keeps us compliant with important regulations like anti-money laundering (AML) laws and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, which protect everyone.
Why offsite payments aren’t allowed
Offsite payment arrangements, whether for custom content, extra services, or any other transaction, bypass the security and oversight that Hidden provides. That can put both Creators and Fans at risk. To keep the platform safe and trustworthy, all transactions must happen within Hidden.
What happens if you don’t follow this
Not following this policy can lead to suspension or termination of the account involved. If you’d like to request custom content or additional services, please use the appropriate channels within Hidden.
