How Hidden charges appear on your statement

Modified on Tue, 9 Jun at 1:54 PM

Quick heads up: your bank may show a different name for Hidden charges. This is normal, and it helps keep your purchases private and secure.

What you may see on your statement

Depending on your bank and region, Hidden charges often appear under one of these billing names:

  • GAIA bill@gaiadig.com
  • Dion Digital Ltd
  • Regional variations of these names

If one of these appears and the date and amount match your Hidden activity, the charge is from us.

Why it doesn’t say “Hidden”

We bill through our billing partners to provide discretion and reliable payment processing worldwide. This helps:

  • Protect your privacy on bank statements.
  • Reduce payment declines and confusion with banks.
  • Keep transactions fast and secure.

Descriptors can vary by country and bank, but they all refer to the same authorised provider for Hidden. We never label charges as “adult,” and we don’t share purchase details with third parties.

How to confirm a charge

  1. Match the date and amount to your recent Hidden purchase or subscription renewal.
  2. Check that the last 4 digits on the statement match the card you used.
  3. Look for the billing name: GAIA bill@gaiadig.com or Dion Digital Ltd (or a regional variation).

Still unsure?

We’ll confirm it for you. Email us at bill@hidden.com with the date, amount, and last 4 digits of your card, and we’ll usually respond within 24 hours.
