Account or content restricted

Last updated 10 August 2026

A restriction means something you posted falls outside our guidelines. Check the email we sent, since it names the reason, then fix or remove the content and get in touch if you think we have it wrong.

Frequently missed rules

Alongside everything in the Acceptable Use Policy, these are the ones creators most often run into without realising:

Anyone asleep or unconscious
Anyone imprisoned or in custody
Personal or private information about anyone, including doxxing
Hidden or spy camera footage
Vomiting, footing, and prolapse

Consent from the person involved does not make an excluded category permitted. These are restrictions on the content itself, imposed by the rules our payment providers require us to follow.

What to do

1.  Read the message we sent It says what the problem was. Check your spam folder if you have not seen it.
2.  Check the rest of your content If one post was outside the rules, similar ones probably are too. Dealing with them now avoids a second restriction.
3.  Remove or edit what does not comply Then get in touch if you want the restriction reviewed.

If you think it is a mistake

Contact support from the email used in your account with your username and the post in question, and explain why you think the decision is wrong. A real person will look at it again.

Moderation happens at volume and mistakes do occur. Disagreeing is not a problem and asking us to look again does not count against you.

Common questions

+Can my subscribers still see my content?

It depends what has been restricted. Ask us and we will tell you what applies to your account.

+What happens to my earnings?

Earnings you have already made stay in your balance. Tell us if you have a payout pending so it is dealt with alongside the restriction.

+Does a restriction stay on my record?

Repeat issues are treated more seriously than a first one, so it is worth taking the first seriously.

+Can I check something before I post it?

Yes, and it is much easier than sorting it out afterwards. Ask us if you are unsure.
