Report a bug or suggest a feature

Last updated 14 August 2026

Something broken goes to the bug form. An idea for something better goes to the feedback form. Anything involving your earnings, a payout, or a moderation decision goes to support instead, where you will get a reply.

Reporting a bug

Use the bug reporting form. The more of the following you include, the more likely it gets fixed rather than sitting while someone tries to reproduce it.

What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
The steps that led to it, in order
Whether you were on phone or computer, and which browser
Any error message, word for word
A screenshot, if there is anything to see

Say whether it happens every time or only sometimes, and mention if it affects a scheduled post or a message that is due to go out, so it can be looked at before the deadline passes.

Suggesting something

Use the feedback form.

Tell us what you are trying to do and what makes it awkward now, rather than only naming the feature you want. The problem is more useful than the solution, because there is often a better answer to it than the one that first comes to mind.

Creator feedback carries real weight here. Most of what gets built comes from creators saying the same thing repeatedly, so it is worth taking the two minutes.

What to send to support instead

The forms do not send you a reply, so anything you need an answer to should go to support.

Anything about a payout, your balance, or your earnings
A post declined or removed, and anything about a restriction
Anything about verification or your documents
A fan behaving badly, or your content turning up elsewhere

Common questions

+My post will not publish. Bug or moderation?

Check for a crossed-out eye icon on the post, which means it is still in moderation rather than broken. If you tagged someone not yet on Hidden, it stays hidden until they consent. See Posting.

+Will you tell me when it is fixed?

Not usually. Fixes go out continuously rather than being announced individually.

+Someone has already reported this.

Report it anyway. Knowing how many creators are hitting something, and in what circumstances, is part of how it gets prioritised.

+It is costing me money right now.

Contact support rather than using the form. Say what is happening and roughly when it started.
