Violence, gore, and dangerous content

Last updated 10 August 2026

Nothing violent, bloody, or dangerous, however it is framed. This is the category most creators fall foul of by accident rather than by intention.

Blurring it, filtering it, or presenting it as fiction does not make it permitted.

Blood

No blood of any kind. That includes fake blood, Halloween effects, and anything within a BDSM context. There is no threshold below which a small amount is acceptable, and blurring it does not help.

Violence and torture

Nothing depicting or glorifying harm, injury, or suffering, whether physical or psychological. That covers graphic imagery, narratives and dialogue built around abuse or coercion, and audio implying violence.

Consensual scenes still fall under this where the content itself reads as violent. What matters is what is on screen rather than what was agreed off it.

Weapons and drugs

No weapons and no illegal drugs, including in the background. A knife on a kitchen counter, a firearm on a wall, or paraphernalia on a table will all get a post declined even though none of them is what the post is about.

The same applies to content that glamorises or normalises substance use, and to audio with those themes.

Animal cruelty and cannibalism

Nothing depicting, promoting, or simulating harm to animals, including insertion or crushing. Nothing depicting, simulating, or role-playing cannibalism.

Neither has an acceptable fictional version. Presenting it as play or as a joke does not change how it is treated.

What actually gets posts declined

Rarely the main subject. Usually something incidental: an object in shot, a poster on the wall, a screen playing something else, a song whose lyrics cross a line, or a gesture that reads differently than you meant it.

Look at the whole frame before you upload, and listen to the audio as well as watching the video.

If your post was declined

Remove or reshoot the element that caused it and post again. If you cannot see what the problem was, ask us and we will tell you.

If you think the decision was wrong, please reach out. Moderation happens at volume and mistakes do occur, and asking for a second look does not count against you.
