You can cancel a subscription at any time by turning off auto-renewal. Here’s how it works and what to expect.
How to cancel
Go to your User Profile page, where you can see your active and inactive subscriptions. Turn off auto-renewal for the subscription you want to cancel. This makes sure you won’t be charged again next month.
What to expect
- You’ll keep access to the Creator’s profile until the current subscription period ends.
- Once it ends, the Creator’s posts will no longer appear in your feed.
- You can re-follow the profile during the paid period at no extra charge.
About refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable, so cancelling won’t trigger a refund for the current period.
