Why can't I subscribe to a Creator?

If you’re having trouble subscribing to a Creator, it’s usually because one of a few requirements isn’t met yet. Here’s what to check.

Before you can subscribe

  • Verify your email. Make sure your email address is confirmed.
  • Use an up-to-date browser. An outdated browser can cause issues at checkout.
  • Add a valid credit card. Link a working card to your account.

Once all three are in place, try subscribing again.
