Subscriptions on Hidden renew automatically by default, so you don’t have to do anything to keep them going. If yours didn’t renew, here’s why that can happen.
Why a subscription might not auto-renew
- Your credit card was declined.
- You turned off auto-renew.
- The subscription price increased.
What to do
Check your account, make sure you have a valid credit card on file, and try subscribing again.
