Why Has the Price of My Subscription Gone Up?

The price of a running subscription does not go up. As long as it keeps renewing without a break, you pay what you agreed to when you subscribed.
Why the amount can still look different
| Your bank's exchange rate moved. Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, the amount on your statement changes month to month even when the price has not, because your bank converts at whatever rate applies that day. |
| You resubscribed after a gap. Starting again means paying the current price. If the creator raised it while you were away, that is the price you pay now. |
| You are comparing against a promotional price. A discount that has ended cannot be reinstated, and the standard price applies once it is over. |
| The charge is not what you think it is. Two subscriptions renewing on the same day, or a subscription plus a separate purchase, appear as separate charges. Check the date and amount against your account. |
If a creator raises their price
Creators set their own prices and can change them whenever they want. We do not control that, and we cannot ask a creator to charge you less.
What we will not do is charge you a higher amount without asking. If a creator raises the price of a subscription you hold, the subscription ends at the end of your current period instead of renewing at the new rate. You then choose whether to subscribe again.
If the amount is genuinely wrong
Contact us rather than the creator, since a creator cannot look up or change what you were charged. Email bill@hidden.com with the date, the amount, and the creator's username, within 30 days of the charge appearing.

+Where can I see what I am paying?
Account, then Active Subscriptions, shows the price and the next renewal date for each one.
+Can I keep my old price?
Only by not letting the subscription lapse. Once it ends, resubscribing means paying whatever the price is at that point.
+Can I ask a creator for the old price?
That is between the two of you. Creators control their own pricing and can offer or refuse whatever they like. We do not get involved.
