How to subscribe to a Creator

A subscription gives you access to everything a creator puts behind it, for a monthly price they set. It renews automatically until you cancel.
| First | Add a payment card to your account. You cannot subscribe without one saved. |
| Then | Open the creator's profile and select Subscribe. If they offer more than one plan, choose the one you want. |
| Confirm | You are charged straight away, to your card or your Wallet Credits, and access starts immediately. |
What a subscription includes
Everything the creator has put behind their subscription, including posts from before you subscribed, and anything new they post while you are subscribed.
It does not include individual paid posts or paid messages. Those are priced separately and bought one at a time, even while you are subscribed.
Following is not subscribing
Following an account, or tapping the plus button, is free and charges you nothing. It shows you a creator's public posts only.
Subscribing is the paid version, and it is always confirmed before any money is taken.
How long it lasts
A subscription runs for one month from the day you buy it, then renews on that same date every month. A multi-month plan is paid in one go at the start and renews at the end of its full term.
It keeps renewing until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Account, then Active Subscriptions, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
Common questions
+Will I be charged again automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions renew on the same date each month until you cancel. You can see every renewal date under Active Subscriptions.
+What happens to the content when my subscription ends?
Access to subscription content stops. Anything you bought separately, such as a paid post, is not affected.
+Can I subscribe without saving a card?
No. A subscription recurs, so a payment method has to stay on file for it to renew.
+Can I subscribe to more than one creator?
Yes, as many as you like. Each is billed separately on its own renewal date.
+My subscription did not go through.
