Can't request a payout

Almost always one of three things: the earnings are too new, your bank details do not match, or your tax form is missing or incomplete.
Work through these in order
| The earnings are still pending Earnings have to be at least 5 business days old before they can be withdrawn. Your pending balance is money you have earned but cannot touch yet, and only your current balance is available. This is the most common cause by a distance. |
| Your bank details do not match Go to the Banking section and re-enter them from scratch rather than checking them by eye. The account name has to match your verified identity exactly, and a small difference in spelling or an old address is enough to block it. |
| Your tax form is missing or incomplete US creators need a completed W-9. Creators in the EU need DAC7 information submitted. Payouts do not run without them, and a partly completed form counts as missing. |
| You are below the minimum $20 in the US, and elsewhere it depends on your payment method. Your Banking page shows yours. |
| Verification is outstanding If your identity documents have expired or a check is still open, payouts are held until it clears. Look for a message from us asking for documents. |
If none of those fit
Contact support and tell us your username, your current balance, and exactly what you see when you try. If there is an error message, quote it word for word rather than describing it.
Common questions
+My account is approved, so why is this happening?
Approval and payout readiness are separate. An approved account can still be missing bank details or a tax form, and both are checked at the point you request money rather than when you join.
+My balance is above the minimum but nothing happens.
Check whether the balance you are looking at is your current balance or your pending one. Then re-enter your bank details and confirm your tax form is complete.
+How long do the 5 business days take?
Weekends and bank holidays do not count, so it is usually a week in practice. The hold rolls forward daily rather than releasing in one batch.
+Can I use an account in someone else's name?
No. The account has to be yours and match your verified identity. This is a legal requirement and there is no way around it.
