How to block a fan

You can block a fan from a conversation, or block several at once from your Messages. Blocked accounts cannot see your profile or contact you.
Block one fan

Block several at once
| 1 | Go to Messages |
| 2 | Tap the three-dot menu, then Block users |
| 3 | Search, select, then Block Users |
Unblock someone
Go to Settings, then Privacy and Safety, then Blocked accounts. Find the account and select Unblock.
What blocking does to a subscription
If you block a fan who subscribes to you, they lose access to your content immediately.
A fan in that position may contact us about the payment, and we look at those individually. If someone is behaving in a way that made you block them, tell us as well, since that context matters to how we handle it.
Block, then report
Blocking is a private setting and tells us nothing. If a fan has harassed you, threatened you, or broken our rules, report them as well, otherwise we never find out and they carry on with someone else.
You can do both. Block first if you want them gone immediately, then report.
Common questions
+Will they know I blocked them?
We do not send a notification. They may work it out if they try to reach you.
+They keep making new accounts to reach me.
Report it rather than blocking each one. Evading a block is against our rules and we act on it, but only if we know it is happening.
+Can I block by country or region?
Not yet. Blocking by IP address, country, and state or province is planned.
+Does blocking lose me the earnings from that fan?
Earnings already paid to your balance are not automatically reversed. If a payment is later refunded or disputed, that is handled separately.
