How to report on Hidden

Reporting is not visible to the person you report, and a real person reviews every report. Some things are better sent to us directly, and those are listed below.

Tap the three-dot menu at the top right or left of the post, then Report this post.

Go to the profile, tap the three-dot menu at the top right, then Report this account.
Send these to us directly
The report button is right for most things. These are faster and better handled by writing to us:
| Your content posted somewhere it should not be. Whether on Hidden or off it, tell us with links and we will explain the route. |
| Someone impersonating you. Include the account and anything showing it is not you. |
| Content of you that you did not agree to. Including anything AI-generated. We treat these urgently. |
| Harassment, threats, or blackmail. Screenshot the messages before blocking, because blocking can make them harder for us to see. |
| Someone evading a block. List the accounts. Blocking each one individually does not solve it and we can. |
Contact support with usernames, dates, and screenshots.

If someone is harassing you, capture the messages first. Blocking is the right thing to do afterwards, but a report with evidence attached is far more actionable than one describing a conversation neither of us can see any more.
What happens next
A moderator reviews the report against our guidelines and decides what action to take. We do not share the outcome of a report about someone else's account, though we will tell you if we need anything more from you.
Anything involving a person's safety, or content someone did not agree to, goes to the front of the queue rather than waiting its turn.
Common questions
+Will they know it was me?
No. We do not tell anyone who reported them.
+Can I report another creator?
Yes, the same way. Reports are judged on what was posted, not on who reported whom.
+My content is on another site.
Tell us anyway. We cannot remove content from a site we do not run, but we can point you to the right process and help with anything on Hidden.
+A fan is threatening to expose me.
Screenshot everything and tell us. Do not pay them and do not negotiate. Blackmail is a serious breach of our rules and, in most places, a crime. We would rather hear about it early than after you have tried to handle it alone.
