Your Statements page is where you manage payouts and track your earnings. Here’s how it all works.
What’s on your Statements page
Your Statements page shows your Payout Requests, Current and Pending Balance, and Earnings.
- Pending Balance: what you’ve earned in the last 5 business days.
- Current Balance: earnings become available to withdraw here on a 5-business-day rolling basis.
Adjustments
If a Fan requests or causes a refund or chargeback, you’ll see an Adjustment on your Statements page for that amount. The Status column shows whether any earnings were reversed or adjusted.
Payout timing
Withdrawal requests and bank payouts are processed immediately and appear within 5 business days from the time the payout request status changes.
The payment may show up on your statement under a name like Gaia Digital, Dion Digital Consulting, Stichting Custodian, or a similar variation, depending on your location.
